Lennar offers four neighborhoods

Lennar offers a choice of four gated neighborhoods -- Arbor Ridge, Barrington, Hampton Glen and Westminster -- in the Providence master-planned development that's taking shape in the northwest Las Vegas Valley.

"Each of these four communities is quite distinctive," said Vicki Zoot, Lennar's director of marketing.

"None of the designs are repeated. Each community offers its own design models for what we believe is an outstanding selection of homes in different sizes, from 1,450 square feet to 4,498 square feet with prices that range from the $200,000s to the $500,000s and up."

Homes are Energy Star-certified.

Arbor Ridge offers four two-story home designs ranging from 1,450 to 1,804 square feet and featuring three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and two-car garages, priced from the $200,000s.

Arbor Ridge homes include appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, granite kitchen countertops and window coverings.

Hampton Glen offers four two-story floor plans measuring from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet, each with three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 baths and two-car garages. Prices start from the $300,000s.

Design highlights, depending on the floor plan, include balconies and covered patios, porch entries, great rooms and master suites.

Barrington features single- and two-story designs from 1,497 to 2,702 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, two to three baths and two-car garages. Prices start from the $300,000s.

Westminster is Lennar's top-of-the-line offering at Providence. Its floor plans range from a 3,123-square-foot, single-story manor to a two-story dwelling measuring more than 4,400 square feet. Priced from the $500,000s, Westminster designs feature up to five bedrooms, up to four bathrooms and three-car garages.

"Our luxury series single- and two-story homes soar with elements like 19-foot ceilings or a two-story turreted entry," Zoot said of the Westminster. "The master bathrooms and the closets are definitely in the wow category."

The Providence community offers 1,200 acres of tree-lined promenades, community parks, soccer and baseball fields, tennis and volleyball courts and a children's playground.

To visit the Lennar Welcome Home Centers at Providence, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Hualapai Way exit, turn north on Hualapai, go to Elkhorn Road and follow signs to the communities.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when the office closes at 3 p.m.

For Arbor Ridge call 604-6045; Barrington 396-2538; Hampton Glen 604-2522; and Westminster 645-7080.
