Lennar offers homes in southeast

It's summertime at Lennar's Lamplight Gardens at Silverado Ranch located at Spencer Street and Cactus Drive in the southeastern valley.

The gated neighborhood features a clubhouse, community pool, basketball court and park with tot lot, playground, barbecue area and an Old World gazebo.

"Our homeowners love the extraordinary park and recreational facilities available within the community," sales agent Patricia Bates said. "A walk to the park, a picnic under a tree or in the covered patio invites conversation and interaction, and a wonderful way to meet your neighbors."

The neighborhood offers three two-story homes that feature American Traditional architecture with wood-sided, craftsman and French Country exteriors. The home designs include the 1,286-square-foot Lilac, Iris with 1,341 square feet and the Orchid with 1,369 square feet. Home prices start in the $200,000s. The floor plans provide for three bedrooms, or two bedrooms with a loft, and 2 1/2 baths.

Standard amenities include all appliances -- range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a washer and dryer. Other standard features include elegant granite slab countertops, window coverings, raised-panel oak cabinetry, ceramic tile entry, plush wall-to-wall carpeting, designer brushed-nickel fixtures and high-tech wiring and prewiring. Each home has a fully enclosed backyard. They are Energy Star certified and include programmable thermostats, low-e windows and doors, energy-efficient gas heating systems, and 13 SEER ground-mounted air conditioners.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Eastern Avenue, exit south on Eastern to St. Rose Parkway, then west on St. Rose Parkway to Spencer, north on Spencer to Cactus Drive. Models are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m. For more information, call 614-0592 or visit lennar.com.
