Lennar offers hometown heroes financial incentives
Lennar will hold its Hometown Heroes Recognition promotion Sept. 18 and 19 at four new home neighborhoods -- Arbor Ridge in Providence, Mandolin in Mountain's Edge, Rancho D'oro in North Las Vegas and The Willows in Henderson. Food and beverages will be served from noon to 3 p.m. at all four locations.
Teachers, police, firefighters, law enforcement officers, military personnel, doctors, nurses or paramedic professionals are eligible for an additional $2,500 in savings.
According to Lennar Division President Jeremy Parness, it's Lennar's way of thanking these professionals. The $2,500 Hometown Hero bonus is valid at Lennar's 17 neighborhoods. "This is a weekend dedicated to the brave men and women who serve our communities and make the greater Las Vegas area the best that it can be," Parness said. "This is our way of saying thank you for supporting the American dream."
"This extra $2,500 bonus for public servants is for two days only," said Lennar Sales Director Roger Seaholm. "After Sept. 19, it will no longer be available."
In the northwestern valley, Arbor Ridge at Providence ranges from 1,450 to 1,686 square feet in three floor plans. Homes are priced from the mid-$100,000s and are Energy Star certified. Outdoor recreation opportunities include Mt. Charleston, Floyd Lamb State Park, Red Rock Canyon and Lake Mead. Shopping is available at Meadows Mall, Fashion Show Mall, The Forum Shops at Caesars and Las Vegas Premium Outlet Mall.
Mandolin in Mountain's Edge measures from 1,315 to 1,657 square feet in four two-story floor plans offering three to four bedrooms, 2½ baths, one- and two-car garages and are Energy Star certified. Located near Interstate-215, the Las Vegas Beltway, amenities include a pool, walking trails, parks and kids play area. Homes are priced from the mid-$100,000s.
Rancho D'oro range from 2,215 to 2,862 square feet, with as many as four bedrooms, as many as three baths and located near Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Nellis Airforce Base. With four floor plans, Rancho D'oro's Energy Star-certified homes are priced from the upper $100,000s.
With six floor plans and priced from the mid-$100,000s, The Willows plans measures from 1,530 to 2,525 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and with as many as four baths. The neighborhood is located near the Galleria at Sunset mall, Sunset Station Casino, schools, shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities and entertainment.
