Lennar offers three neighborhoods in the southeast at The Willows

Lennar offers three neighborhoods -- Nightingale, Meadowlark and Mockingbird -- within The Willows gated community in Henderson. Homes are priced from the $200,000s.

"Every new home is ready for move-in and family living," said Roger Seaholm, Lennar's senior vice president of sales. "We've already included all the extras that normally represent a lot of out-of-pocket costs, especially for first-time home buyers. So, the savings are genuine."

Homes include standard features such as stainless-steel kitchen appliances, including a microwave and a refrigerator with ice maker; raised-panel cabinetry; granite kitchen countertops, and cultured marble vanity tops in the baths.

Prewiring is included as well for telephone, cable TV, ceiling fans, surround sound and CAT-5E with a main hub, plus ceramic tile entries. All homes are Energy Star-certified with features that save homeowners on power bills while helping protect the environment.

"Lennar has eliminated all of the extra costs by including all of the amenities and necessities," Seaholm said.

Nightingale homes feature three two-story home designs measuring from 2,047 to 2,525 square feet with four to five bedrooms, 21/2 to four baths, and two-car garages.

The Meadowlark offers three two-story floor plans measuring from 1,660 to 2,194 square feet with three to four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and two-car garages.

The Mockingbird offers two-story designs that range from 1,484 to 1,900 square feet with three to four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and two-car garages.

Each community offers interior design elements that include great rooms, island kitchens, bar-counter seating, pantries, lofts, game rooms and bonus rooms.
