The builder's appliances, fixtures and features carries household names like GE, Mohawk, Moen, Monier Lifetile and Sherwin Williams. While other builders are cutting corners, Lennar is focused on the details.

"Our new homes help buyers save money on the remodeling, the upgrades, the maintenance and the stress -- that is a value that is unbelievable," said Arnold Loya, Lennar new home consultant.

"It's the home automation, rocker light switches, raised-panel interior doors, the preplumbed soft-water loop, the ceiling fans, all these things are included and they add up to one amazing value," he said.

Lennar homeowners save money on energy bills because they have included features such as low-energy dual-pane vinyl windows, radiant barrier roof sheeting and the new home automation system.

Lennar homeowners can go online to a special part of Lennar.com made just for them called My Lennar. My Lennar allows homeowners to change their address with the U.S. Postal Service, arrange for TV, Internet and phone services before moving in, connect with local utility providers, and they can even send personalized e-cards featuring their home.

Lennar has 17 communities across the valley. All communities with quick move-in homes are now offering reduced pricing.

Owners can save as much as $10,000. Lennar is also offering special financing through its preferred lender, Universal American Mortgage Co.
