Lennar opens new neighborhoods
August 26, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Lennar has opened two new neighborhoods, Escalante and Tuscany Ridge, in Mountain's Edge, a new master-planned community in the southwest. Both subdivisions have earned Energy Star certification.
Each home includes a complete stainless-steel appliance package with an upgraded refrigerator with icemaker, granite countertops, full window coverings and a deluxe washer and dryer. Prices start in the $300,000s.
Escalante, located at Mountain's Edge Parkway and Buffalo Drive, offers a series of two-story homes ranging from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet.
The designs provide an upstairs bonus room in the largest plan. Master suites feature a cultured marble vanity, designer faucets, ceramic tile surrounds for the shower/tub and mirrored wardrobe closets. Extras include a porch leading to the home's front door, and ceramic tile entry.
Tuscany Ridge offers five residences in single- and two-story floor plans. Design elements include high-wall windows, wall cutouts that reveal glimpses of another living space and staircases with shelves for artwork, pots, plants and florals. Floor plans range from 1,749 to more than 2,700 square feet.
The 500-acre Mountain's Edge master plan features numerous parks and trails.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road, go west to Buffalo Drive, south on Buffalo and follow the signs.
Welcome Home Center hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
