Lennar promotes Diamond Point

According to sales manager Tom Bruttomesso, the new spring weather is arriving with new model homes at Lennar's Diamond Point neighborhood in North Las Vegas.
Ranging from 1,912 to more than 3,100 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two to three baths and with the exception of the Newport model, three-car garage, prices begin from the $300,000s.
"The weather's great. It's a wonderful time of year to visit Diamond Point in the new North Las Vegas," Bruttomesso said. "There's a lot to see. We're really proud of these big, beautiful, well-designed homes."
The neighborhood introduces single- and two-story home designs with fireplace, media niches and covered porch entries.
The single-level Laguna offers 2,202 square feet, the two-story Santa Clara measures 2,708 square feet, and the Beverly Hills is a 3,135-square-foot home design.
Additional floor plans are the single-story Newport with 1,912 square feet, four bedrooms, two baths and two-car garage and the two-story San Francisco with 2,742 square feet, four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and three-car garage.
"The new models really show our home buyers the amenities that we include at no extra cost," Bruttomesso said. "The Everything's Included program is an integral part of each Lennar home we offer. Our models give you an opportunity to see exactly how your Diamond Point home will look. Each model illustrates a color palette, coordinated appliances, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, hardware, countertops and even lighting fixtures."
Diamond Point's Everything's Included homes feature kitchens with all GE appliances including washers and dryers, gas ranges with self-cleaning ovens, Spacemaker over-the-range microwaves, side-by-side refrigerators with ice dispensers, and super-quiet built-in dishwashers.
Kitchens also offer designer-selected granite countertops with 4-inch backsplash and expanded height raised-panel upper cabinets with crown molding.
Additional EI features are ceramic-tile entry and fireplace trim, prewiring for cable television, ceiling fans, home theater surround sound, and phones, and 2-inch faux wood window coverings throughout.
Also featured are contemporary wire shelving in all master suites and secondary bedrooms, two-tone exterior paint detailing, plush carpeting, covered porches and water-efficient frontyard landscaping."
The builder has implemented a coordinated construction scheduling, according to Bruttomesso.
Such scheduling is designed to feature homes available for convenient 30-day, 60-day or 90-day move-ins.
Located at Ann Road and Bruce Street, Diamond Point is Energy Star certified. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
