Lennar releases model residences at Mountain’s Edge, Aliante, Lamplight

Lennar has released a limited number of model homes for sale, according to director of marketing Vicki Zoot.

The models are available at three neighborhoods in closeout phase -- Marble Canyon in Mountain's Edge, Seville at Aliante and Lamplight Square, located at Sunridge Heights Parkway and Coronado Center Drive in the southern Las Vegas Valley.

"The models are highly upgraded throughout," Zoot said. "Designer options for our models generally include upgraded floor coverings, custom accent interior paint, custom window treatments, and full landscaping and irrigation, just to name a few of the basics."

Furnishings are not included.

Marble Canyon at Mountain's Edge, located in the southwest at Blue Diamond Road and Buffalo Drive, has two remaining model homes.

The two-story Amethyst measures 3,412 square feet and contains five bedrooms, four baths plus two bonus rooms, and a two-car garage. Upgrades include 42-inch, cafe-stained raised-panel maple cabinetry; granite kitchen countertops and GE Profile built-in appliances that include cooktop; dishwasher; microwave and double ovens.

Additional designer upgrades include window treatments, wall coverings, and a built-in desk and entertainment center. The home also features upgraded flooring, a 50-foot covered patio and balcony, and has front and rear landscaping.

The other model is the Sapphire, a two-story design measuring 3,677 square feet and containing five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a bonus room and a three-car garage. The interior includes 42-inch, cherry-stained maple cabinetry, a sink and upper cabinets in the laundry room, designer window treatments, wallpaper, and two built-in entertainment centers. The upscale flooring includes elegant marble and Berber carpeting. This home offers the complete appliance package in stainless steel, vaulted ceilings and a first-floor master suite.

Two upgraded model homes are also currently available at Seville at the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

The Onyx measures 2,474 square feet and contains four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a game room and a three-car garage. Also offered at Seville is the two-story Amethyst model, which measures 3,412 square feet, and includes five bedrooms, four baths, a bonus room and a three-car garage.

Lamplight Square's available two-story models include the Washington, which measures 1,936 square feet, the Harvard at 1,996 square feet, and the Madison, which spans 2,251 square feet.

The Washington includes two bedrooms, three baths, and a loft. The home's master suite features a room-sized, walk-in wardrobe. The Harvard also contains two bedrooms, as well as 2 1/2 baths and an inviting master suite retreat. The Madison model offers three bedrooms, a spacious loft, and 2 1/2 baths.

All homes feature a two-car garage, while the interiors include upgraded flooring, window treatments, upgraded wood trims, baseboards, crown molding and window casings.

Features include landscaping, upgraded paint and wall coverings and appliances such as the refrigerator, and washer and dryer.
