Lennar reports active sales within Fiesta Park in Henderson

Lennar has reported brisk sales at its Fiesta Park neighborhood in Henderson, according to sales agent Kristal LaDuca.

"Our traffic and sales have really picked up the last few weeks, even with our hottest weather of the season," she said.

"We are now offering homes for early fall move-in in October and November."

Four floor plans are available. Prices range from $394,990 to $505,990.

The Cozumel measures 1,819 square feet and contains bedrooms, two baths and a two- or three-car garage.

Two-story residences include the Cabo, which measures 1,898 square feet and contains bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage; the Acapulco with 2,302 square feet, four bedrooms, three baths, and a three-car garage; and the Veracruz with 3,181 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.

Amenities include paver-stone driveways and walkways, upgraded front landscaping features, a gated entry.

Standard features at Fiesta Park include a ceramic-tile entry, granite-kitchen countertops, 36-inch oak cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances such as a refrigerator with icemaker and washer and dryer.

Other features include a sliding door from the master bedroom to the backyard, and a garage door leading to the side yard, stone veneers and glass-look block detailing at the home's entry on selected plans.

The builder coordinates all of the home's plumbing and lighting fixtures using brushed nickel-finished styling that is carried throughout the home from baths to ceiling lights.

"The summer heat really reminds our home buyers of the important benefits and savings of our wonderful Energy Star features," LaDuca said. "We always discuss the savings with our clients. It's important with today's utility costs to know that your new home is designed to be highly energy-efficient. It costs less for utilities than a comparable older home that does not include the Energy Star features. That makes a very big statement."

The Energy Star-certified homes include a 13 SEER ground-mounted air conditioner, pilotless ignition on all gas appliances, dual-pane low-e windows and doors, weather stripping on all exterior doors, superior value insulation in walls and ceiling, energy efficient gas heating system, Rainglass windows in master baths and Honeywell programmable thermostats.

Additional Fiesta Park home design details, per plan, include a covered rear patio, second-floor deck or veranda, covered front porch entry, an interior laundry room, and chef's kitchens with pantries, and island and informal dining nook.

To visit the Welcome Home Center, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east continuing as it becomes East Lake Mead Parkway. Or take U.S. Highway 95 south to Lake Mead Parkway, turn east to Fiesta Henderson Drive, then south on Fiesta Henderson Drive.
