Lennar sells one-, two-story designs at Cambria

Lennar's Cambria neighborhood in North Las Vegas offers lots that average 6,000 square feet and homes with three-car garages.

Four residences offer single- and two-story floor plans that measure from 2,129 to 3,402 square feet. Prices start in the $300,000s.

The two-story Barbera measures 3,208 square feet and includes five bedrooms, three baths and a bonus room. The main floor features formal living and dining rooms. The kitchen has a breakfast nook.

The family room includes a media niche and fireplace. A French door opens from the family room to a covered patio. The main floor also features a bedroom with walk-in closets and a full bath.

The second floor features the master retreat, secondary bedrooms and a bonus room. A French door leads from the retreat to a balcony. The master bath includes a walk-in closet, linen storage, garden tub and separate enclosed shower with tile surrounds and a shelf or seat.

The homes include paverstone walkways and driveways.

Interior upgraded amenities include silestone kitchen countertops with stainless-steel sinks.

To visit, take Interstate 15 north to Craig Road, west to Losee Road, north to Azure Avenue, and east to Walnut Road. Or take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Losee exit, turn south to Azure, then east to Walnut.
