Lennar Tent Sale Event to be held today, Sunday

Lennar is hosting its annual Lennar Tent Sale Event today and Sunday offering financial incentives including special finance rates, zero closing costs and an extra $8,000 buyer bonus on all homes that close in May.

"We have 50 homes available that can close in May and this weekend's tent sale is providing buyers the chance to choose their dream home, plus benefit from amazing incentives and savings," said Jeremy Parness, Lennar Las Vegas division president.

Lennar will host the tent sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Rancho d'Oro neighborhood and will include a barbecue, beverages and activities.

Sales managers will be on-site and representatives from Universal American Mortgage Co. also will be available to prequalify buyers.

"Those who thought that they missed out on the federal housing tax credit can now get the same $8,000 savings from Lennar," said Nick Parks, director of marketing for Lennar Las Vegas.

Lennar offers neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including Mountain's Edge, Providence, North Las Vegas, and Henderson.

To visit the vent at Rancho d'Oro, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road exit, go west to Losee Road and turn right, cross Lone Mountain Road, turn left on Plumeria Avenue and follow the signs. Event hours this weekend are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
