Lennar to hold fall sale event

Today and Sunday, select Lennar neighborhoods in Las Vegas will be offering incentives through Universal American Mortgage Co. as they begin to close out remaining inventory of homes before year's end. Exclusive to the event, Lennar will also be offering deals on model homes, plus zero closing costs and no homeowner association dues for one year.

During this two-day October Madness sale, buyers will not only benefit from some of Lennar's lowest prices and enhanced incentives, but those who purchase one of the inventory sale homes this weekend may be able to move in by Thanksgiving.

Immediate-move-in inventory homes include 20 limited editions of Lennar's model homes, featuring designer interior finishes and upgraded landscaping.
