Lennar to hold grand opening event
Today and Sunday, Lennar will open its newest neighborhood, Lexington, near Craig Road and Jones Boulevard, just off U.S. Highway 95, during a grand opening event featuring two new models. Refreshments, including free deserts, frozen drinks and Popsicles, will be offered to attendees.
The new home floor plans range from 1,531 to 1,901 square feet. Home prices will start in the low $140,000s. Three of the floor plans will offer two-stories while the fourth will be a single-story design. Community amenities include a large park, kids play area, dog run and barbecue areas.
Several new incentives including introductory pricing and special financing rates through Universal American Mortgage Co. will be offered at this grand opening event. According to Roger Seaholm, director of sales for Lennar Las Vegas, this will be one of Lennar’s most anticipated grand openings of the year.
“We are thrilled to open Lexington this weekend,” Seaholm said. “The advantage to buying now at Lexington includes not only great finance rates and introductory pricing, but also a selection of great home sites that will not be available for long.”

Lennar offers 17 neighborhoods to choose from throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including Mountain’s Edge, Providence, North Las Vegas and Henderson. Prices start in the $130,000s and floor plan range from 1,286 to 5,078 square feet.
