Lennar touts Anthem Highlands

Lennar presents two neighborhoods, Glengarry and Clermont, in its Anthem Highlands community in Henderson.

The homes include many upgraded amenities at no additional cost. Some are prewiring, stainless-steel kitchen appliances with refrigerator, granite kitchen countertops, upgraded raised-panel 42-inch cabinetry and washers and dryers.

The homes' exteriors are accented with sand-finish popouts and coordinated two-tone paint. Many elevations feature earthy natural stone and brick accents.

The Glengarry homes also include paverstone walkways and driveways, and window coverings throughout.

The gated enclave offers four two-story floor plans that range from 1,615 to 2,458 square feet. Prices start in the $300,000s.

The 1,959-square-foot Aberdeen has three bedrooms and 21/2 baths. The St. Andrew model measures 2,102 square feet with four bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Both include a master suite veranda and first-floor covered patio. The kitchen offers a pantry and center island.

The Turnberry is 2,458 square feet with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, covered patio and second-level veranda.

The Clermont neighborhood include the one-story Provence with 1,819 square feet, and three two-story designs that range from 1,898 to 3,181 square feet. Pricing is from the $300,000s.

Provence features four bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. The home has a covered porch entry, and volume ceilings. Additional highlights include a covered rear patio and a family room fireplace.

Two-story designs include the St. Tropez, the Biarritz, and the Marseille. They offer from three to five bedrooms, 21/2 to 31/2 baths and two- to three-car garages.

The St. Tropez and the Biarritz feature a covered patio and a master suite balcony.

The Biarritz has a main-floor bedroom and full bath, plus a powder room, family room fireplace and a three-car garage.

The Marseille also has five bedrooms, including a main-floor bedroom and bath, while the second floor features a loft, additional bedrooms and the master suite with private deck.
