Lennar touts floor plans at The Willows

With prices starting in the low $200,000s, Lennar homes at Mockingbird, Meadowlark and Nightingale -- neighborhoods that comprise The Willows community in Henderson -- offer opportunities for first-time buyers, according to Jeff Galindo, Lennar vice president of sales and marketing.

Homes at The Willows have floor plans ranging from 1,484 to 2,525 square feet, accommodating up to five bedrooms and as many as four baths. Prices range from the low $200,000s to the low $300,000s.

Included in the price of homes at The Willows are upgrades such as stainless-steel appliances, granite slab kitchen countertops, designer faucets and energy-saving features, Galindo said.

"We were familiar with Lennar when we first started looking," said Court Myers, a recent buyer of a home in the Meadowlark neighborhood.

"Initially, we used the Live Chat feature on Lennar.com and had a conversation with Joy Broddle (Internet New home consultant) and she pointed us in the right direction. She showed us the floor plans we would be interested in, and even though we weren't planning to buy for another six months, we felt so confident with the deal we were offered we couldn't pass up the opportunity."
