Lennar unveils move-in ready homes

Lennar is unveiling its latest phase of move-in ready homes today and Sunday, offering homebuyers new just-released homes with the advantage of incentives, including tax credits, low interest rates and reduced pricing.

With more than 15 different communities in the Las Vegas area, Lennar offers homebuyers floor plans to choose from at various price levels. This weekend, Lennar unveils 10 homes in 10 neighborhoods.

The recently released homes feature single- and two-story floor plans with three to five bedrooms and prices ranging from the upper $100,000s to the low $400,000s.

The new home releases will occur in neighborhoods in the northwest, North Las Vegas and Henderson. Buyers may view these newly released homes at lennar.com/lasvegas.

To help with the purchase of their new Lennar home, buyers are encouraged to take advantage of an array of incentives offered, including an $8,000 first-time homebuyer government tax credit and low mortgage financing rates through Universal American Mortgage Co.

This weekend, UAMC will be offering a special interest rate the first year with the interest rate increasing in the second year and then increasing the third year to the rate for the remaining life of the loan.

The federal tax credit worth up to $8,000 for first-time homebuyers has been approved until the end of the year.
