Lennar uses social media sites to hold summer photo contest

Starting Friday, everyone could start voting for their favorite photo during Lennar's Sizzling Summer Photo Contest on Facebook or Twitter.

Over the past few weeks, fans of Lennar have been submitting photos of their favorite summer memory for the chance to win a GE Monogram stainless steel barbecue.

People can vote once a day between through July 10 on Lennar's Facebook page: facebook.com/lennarlasvegas.

Those who visit this page and become a fan of Lennar Las Vegas on Facebook or Twitter will have access to information on communities, promotions, sales incentives, contests and giveaways.

In addition to participating in Facebook contests and receiving Twitter updates regarding exclusive home deals, homebuyers can receive helpful tools to buying and maintaining their new home. In addition, homeshoppers can ask the experts questions.

In addition to Facebook and Twitter, Lennar Las Vegas' Flickr page provides access to pictures of quick move-in and model homes and its YouTube page has virtual tours and other videos to help educate homebuyers about Lennar.
