Lennar works with lender to provide owners special financing

Lennar is offering homebuyers special financing through its preferred lender, Universal Mortgage Co.

According to Eric Bryant, new-home consultant, buyers can skip the closing costs and origination fee, and lower their payments to $716 with principal, interest, taxes and insurance for the first year of the loan

"This is the last chance for buyers to get closing costs paid for and get in before the holidays," he said. "We also encourage everyone to hurry in today for the special financing because it is going fast. With the tremendous interest, the dollars are dwindling and are only given on a first-come, first served basis."

Lennar's Providence communities, located in the northwest, also offer these special financing options this month.

Lennar has three neighborhoods within Providence and a fourth one coming soon. The master-planned community also will host a free event this weekend.

Madison Grove will be the newest Lennar neighborhood in Providence when it opens. The date of its grand opening event has not been announced as of press time. Bryant said the neighborhood will showcase a "never-before-seen" concept in new home design.

Westminster, directly next door to Madison Grove, has a few homes left. This neighborhood has four floor plans, including single-story designs, priced from the $200,000s, and offers pool-sized backyards, plus Lennar's RV package.

The builder will hold a landscaping class in its Arbor Ridge neighborhood in Providence today from 10-11 a.m. The informative event will give visitors tips on lawn maintenance tips, yard winterization and winter-friendly Las Vegas plants. Hampton Glen, another Lennar Providence community, along with Arbor Ridge, has new plans available. Three plans offer layout options, such as an oversized upstairs loft and downstairs master bedroom and extra bedroom options.

Both communities are gated with private parks and quick move-in homes.

"The best thing is that we have just a couple homes left that are ready for immediate move-in," Bryant said. "So buyers can move-in now and enjoy the holidays in their brand-new home with family and friends."

All Lennar quick, move-in homes come with Lennar's Green Technology Suite, an energy package that includes home automation, dual-flush toilets, energy-saving water heaters, four ceiling fans, 2-inch faux wood blinds, and radiant-barrier roof sheathing.
