Lennar’s Lamplight features 17 residences

Lennar's Lamplight Cottages, located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, has 17 homes remaining for sale, according to sales agent Carol Gerenstein.

"The remaining homes at Lamplight Cottages are going fast, with just one Windham design left at this time," she said. "The two-story Windham floor plan with 1,660 square feet offers two master suites, one on each floor. This has been a very popular feature."

The gated neighborhood is accented by a landscaped entry drive with a custom wrought-iron entry gate, opening to a community park with a whitewashed gazebo. The park offers residents a clubhouse for events and parties, swimming pool and Jacuzzi and children's playground with tot lot and picnic areas.

"We offer a lifestyle and home designs that have something for almost everyone," Gerenstein said. "Our residents include first-time home buyers, growing families, empty-nesters and young professionals."

Home prices start in the low $300,000s.

There are only four remaining homes in the Nantucket series design, while the Fairfield model is also available.

The two-story design includes a great room and L-shaped kitchen with dining nook.

The great room features a recessed media niche and lots of windows.

Lamplight Cottages is located on Windmill Road between Buffalo Drive and Rainbow Boulevard. To visit, take southern Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Rainbow exit, turn south to Windmill Road, then west to the community.

Home models and sales offices are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
