Lennar’s Lamplight Gardens bloom
April 22, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Spring has come to Lennar's Lamplight Gardens at Silverado Ranch in the southeastern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.
The gated neighborhood is anchored by a village center park that features a clubhouse, community swimming pool, basketball court, children's playground, built-in barbecues, picnic tables and a turn-of-the-century-style gazebo.
"The park is the perfect setting for a garden party, a family picnic or an afternoon of fun and games with the children," said Michael Campbell, sales manager for the community. "Lamplight Gardens has its own neighborhood personality and that is exactly what appealed to our homeowners."
Floor plans include: The Lilac with 1,286 square feet, the Iris with 1,341 square feet and the Orchid with 1,369 square feet.
The home plans are based on an open, airy great-room design with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Home prices start in the $200,000s.
