Lennar’s subdivisions come with upgrades

Lennar's Walnut Grove and Coldwater Ranch are located in The Villages at Sierra Ranch, a master plan in the northwestern valley.

The neighborhoods are Energy Star-certified and provide a selection of upgraded features that are included in the price of the home. They include stainless-steel kitchen appliances, granite kitchen countertops, raised-panel oak cabinetry and window coverings. Prewiring for phone, cable TV and ceiling fans, as well as structured CAT-5E wiring are also included.

Walnut Grove at Commerce Street and Tropical Parkway offers three two-story floor plans that measure from 2,217 to 2,530 square feet with three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 baths and two-car garages. Prices start in the $300,000s.

Coldwater Ranch is located at North 5th Street and Tropical Parkway. It offers four single-story and two-story home designs, ranging from 1,678 to 2,695 square feet. Prices start in the $300,000s.

Walnut Grove's two-story Aspen design offers three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2,217 square feet. Features include a covered porch entry, great room with a media niche and raised fireplace and raised library.

Upstairs the home has a loft with built-in linen storage cabinetry and a built-in desk and the master suite, which features a balcony for some plans. The additional bedrooms and the laundry room are also on this floor.

At Coldwater Ranch, the Big Sky home is a 2,450-square-foot, two-story design with four bedrooms, 2 3/4 baths and a two-car garage.
