Lennar’s Summit Ridge, Shadow Run become neighbors

Lennar's Shadow Run and Summit Ridge neighborhoods have opened for sales in the southeastern portion of the Las Vegas Valley,

Each neighborhood is highlighted by palm-tree-lined, gated entrances and are centered around a resident's park with children's playground, picnic tables, barbecue areas and gazebos.

Summit Ridge offers single-family homes from 1,270 to 2,458 square feet with three to four bedrooms, two to 2 1/2 baths and two-car garages with pricing from the $200,000s.

Five floor plans are available, including a single-story home.

The standard lot size is 40 feet by 100 feet, with home sites of up to 8,000 square feet. Most home sites are pool-sized, according to the developer.

Shadow Run offers cul-de-sac home designs, ranging from 1,740 to 1,909 square feet.

The two-story, single-family homes include four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and two-car garages.

Each residence is a freestanding, single-family home without common walls.

The home sites feature a private side yard and backyard. Pricing is also from the $200,000s.

The neighborhoods have move-in-ready homes with standard included amenities.

Appliances, including the refrigerator, microwave and washer and dryer and full window coverings, are standard to all homes in the neighborhoods.

All Lennar homes are Energy Star certified.

Located near U.S. Highway 95/Interstate 515, Gibson and Sunset roads, the neighborhood's offer access to the Galleria at Sunset mall and other shopping and dining options.

To visit, take the U.S.-95, exit at Sunset Road and turn east to Gibson Road. Then go north on Gibson and follow the signs to the Welcome Home Centers.

Lennar's The Willows, is also located off Gibson Road, with additional single-family homes, priced from the $300,000s.

The Welcome Home Center is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., daily except Monday when it closes at 3 p.m.
