Lindsay Lohan’s Vegas weekend just got nixed

Lindsay's appearance at Pure has just been canceled. The Caesars club isn't saying why, naturally.

As I said in today's Review-Journal about her carpet and other carpets this weekend (before the cancelation):

Look for Lindsay Lohan to pop into finer restaurants and shopping boutiques this weekend. Lohan, star of People magazine, is in town to pick up compensation for walking a red carpet at 11:30 p.m. Saturday at Caesars' club Pure. Let the rubbernecking commence in the hallway.

This week, she told the Sun of London: "I tried to mask my problems with alcohol, cocaine and mind-altering substances. ... Now I'm in a place where I don't need to use anything, and I can feel emotions because I choose to.

"If I wasn't with Samantha (Ronson), I would probably be with a boy next. She's the only woman I've been attracted to. We love each other. We might reconcile the relationship, maybe."

So I don't know if she's still coming to town (doubtful?), but she's definitely off this weekend's red carpet list, supposedly.
