Live It Up! event rocks on at Juhl
October 13, 2007 - 9:00 pm
The four-day Live It Up! Tour continues today and Sunday at juhl and 10 other Las Vegas Valley mid-rise residential locations. This weekend's Live It Up! Tour hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days.
"There's food, fun, music, giveaways, and more. Tour participants can fill their Live It Up! Passport to Living with stamps collected at each of the featured communities toward entering the grand prize giveaway of a complete room makeover," John Eisele, juhl sales manager said.
The event is doubling as a fundraising effort for the Keep Memory Alive Foundation, which supports the Lou Ruvo Brain Institute. Now under construction a few blocks from juhl, the Institute is dedicated to research and treatment of Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative diseases.
"Live It Up! Tour attendees can make a donation to the Keep Memory Alive Foundation at any of the 11 sales centers, a great way to support this facility that will be an important part of the growing downtown landscape," he said.
Developed by CityMark Development in downtown Las Vegas, juhl offers a live/work/play urban lifestyle, Eisele said.
Prices start from the high $300,000s for live/work warehouse lofts, mid-rise and high-rise lofts, townhouses, flats and penthouses. There will be recreational and social facilities in the 24,000-square-foot, ground-floor retail space.
The project offers more than 100 one- and two-story floor plans that measure from 730 to 2,200 square feet. They have exposed mechanicals and concrete surfaces as well as floor-to-ceiling windows.
Juhl's kitchens feature maple cabinetry, stainless-steel General Electric appliances, granite slab countertops and food-preparation island counters. Residents will also benefit from high-speed Internet access, energy-efficient air conditioning and forced air heating and large private patios or balconies that extend the living and entertainment space.
Customizing opportunities are available through Creative Touch Interiors. Move-ins are scheduled for spring 2008.
Juhl residents will have access to a 75-foot rooftop pool and a spa, an equipped two-story fitness center, gated underground parking and 24-hour security.
To visit from Interstate 15, exit Charleston Boulevard and head east. Turn left on Grand Central Parkway, right on Bonneville Avenue and proceed to 255 E. Bonneville Ave. The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday when they open at noon. For more information, visit juhl-lv.com.
