Man purchases first U.S. residence in Esplanade

When searching for his new home, Zoltan Wallner Raffai, who recently moved to Las Vegas from Budapest, Hungary, said he was looking an affordably priced home and a comfortable buying process.

He said he found it at Esplanade by Warmington Homes Nevada.

"I found that Esplanade was a rare find in the Las Vegas real estate market," Raffai said. "My home has all of the important characteristics and amenities that I desired in my new home and so much more."

Raffai, who purchased a Plan One-Metro Collection, said this is his first time buying a home in the United States.

Floor plans includes two collections, including The Metro and The Plaza.

Other features include beech cabinetry, laminate countertops, advanced structured wiring system, ceramic-tile flooring throughout foyers, solid-surface kitchen countertops, secondary bedrooms, mini-blinds on most windows and vertical blinds on sliding glass doors.

Raffai may also incorporate decorative and personalizing options into the home, such as two-toned interior paint colors, mirrored wardrobe doors, connectivity packages, granite, Corian or Silestone countertops and/or upgraded cabinetry finishes.

Residents enjoy exclusive access to a clubhouse with community entertaining areas, resort-style pool and spa with cabana, maintained landscaping with connecting walkways and a fitness center that offers cardiovascular equipment, multi-station weight training machine and television.
