Meritage clubhouses support community

When purchasing a residence at Meritage Homes' Northern Terrace and Yellowstone communities, one is not only getting a home design that meets his or her needs -- one is also gaining access to a private clubhouse with resort-style amenities.

"Meritage has communities with more-than-$3 million clubhouses at a price range that the average consumer can afford. To show similar clubhouse facilities to buyers would require million-dollar homes," longtime Las Vegan and Realtor Patrick Lyons said.

At Northern Terrace, single- and two-story homes are available in four separate neighborhoods. They measure from 1,320 to more than 3,000 square feet and are priced from the $190,000s. The development is located within the Providence master-planned community.

To visit Northern Terrace, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit north on Hualapai Way. Turn left on Farm Road.

Meritage offers three neighborhoods within its Yellowstone community -- Great Falls, Whitewater and Evergreen. Priced from the low $200,000s, they range from 1,267 to 2,124 square feet. Yellowstone is part of the Mountain's Edge master-planned community.

To visit the three neighborhoods in Yellowstone, take the I-215 to Durango Road and exit south. Travel past Blue Diamond Road to Mountain's Edge Parkway and follow the signs.

Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
