Meritage features club facility at Providence

Meritage Homes' Northern Terrace at Providence community contains a clubhouse designed for families, according to sales agent Sam DiBlasi.

"I already imagine dads gathered around the big screen TV in the entertainment room for Monday night football and birthday parties in the children's play center," DiBlasi said. "Like this community, Meritage constructed The Club specifically for families."

The facility contains wood furnishing, exposed rafters, a selection of swimming pools and a fitness center.

The Club at Northern Terrace's Sept. 8 grand opening provided a preview of the clubhouse amenities, according to activities assistant Jasmine Herbert.

"We had over 100 visitors and residents come in to join the party," Herbert said. "Memphis Championship Barbecue demonstrated what our poolside barbecue station could do; we offered a full tour and door prizes. Our residents have been supportive and they can't wait to make us a daily part of their family routine."

The Club holds private events for residents throughout the year and features community classes such as yoga and crafts. Personal training in the fitness center will also be offered.

"The Club will become a gathering place for residents, a way to get to know your neighbors and to truly build a community foundation," DiBlasi said.

Northern Terrace offers four villages with 15 varieties of single- and two-story designs. Priced from the low $200,000s, Concord is an all two-story village featuring four floor plans, ranging from 1,320 to 1,652 square feet. The homes include three or four bedrooms, living room/dining room areas, master suite with bath and two-car garage.

Andover is a gated village of all one-story homes ranging from 1,579 to up to 2,124 square feet. The three-bedroom designs feature two to three baths, fireplace and media niches plus separate tub and shower with dual vanities in master suites. Pricing begins from the low $300,000s.

The villages of Salem and Brookline feature two-story homes with two-car garages. In addition, Brookline also features a three-car tandem garage. Priced from the low $200,000s, Salem offers four floor plans measuring from 1,615 to up to 2,027 square feet with three to four bedrooms, 21/2 or three baths and great options to add flexibility for any lifestyle.

Priced from the mid-$300,000s, Brookline features three floor plans ranging from 2,319 to up to 3,028 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and four baths.

To visit Northern Terrace, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit north on Hualapai Way. Turn left on Farm Road and follow the signs.
