Meritage Homes builds clubhouses
December 9, 2007 - 10:00 pm
Meritage Homes' clubhouse facilities anchoring Yellowstone at Mountain's Edge and Northern Terrace at Providence offer the communities a hub for seasonal and family events.
"We recognize that we are not only building homes, we are building a way of life for our residents," said Vice President of Marketing Jeannette Murphy.
Meritage Homes' $3.5 million clubhouse at Yellowstone in the southwestern valley opened in April 2006, The Club at Yellowstone is staffed by activities coordinators who plan resident events such as Sunday night football in the entertainment room, teen movie night in front of the state-of-the-art big screen and resident mixers in the party room.
Across town, in the valley's northwest, club director Chet Obidzinski is establishing the same community feel for new home buyers at The Club at Northern Terrace, located within the 1,200-acre, American-themed Providence master plan.
"The Club is more than a gathering place for residents, it is Meritage's commitment to building for families and creating a community," he said.
