Meritage Homes’ Inspirada holds event

Meritage Homes at Inspirada in the southern foothills of the valley will hold its grand opening May 19-20. Model home tours are available in the Estate Homes and Village Homes neighborhoods at Inspirada's Solista Village. Meritage will open model homes in its City Homes neighborhood later this summer.

"Inspirada is completely unique, a place where residents will experience urban living in suburbia," said Robb Beville, president of the builder's Las Vegas Division. "Our focus groups indicate people want change. That's exactly what we're unveiling next weekend -- change. These homes are unlike any in the valley."

Situated upon 2,000 acres, Inspirada features residential villages centered around parks, gathering spaces and a city center filled with restaurants, shops and amenities. Meritage Homes' three neighborhoods are designed to reflect the theme of the master-planned community. "We poured over the form, function and streetscapes that give these neighborhoods such appeal. We're thrilled to develop in Inspirada's first village of Solista -- blazing a trail in this new 'urban 'burb,'" Beville said.

Meritage offers nine floor plans spread across its Estate, Village and City Homes neighborhoods.

Estate Homes features two-story floor plans. At 2,727 square feet, the Renaissance plan has four bedrooms, three baths, a tech center and two-car garage with a porte cochere, an architectural structure.

The Baroque plan measures 2,941 square feet and includes four bedrooms, three baths, loft, front porch and two-car garage with a porte cochere. Prices start in the low $500,000s.

The Village Homes neighborhood offers four two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,924 to 2,661 square feet. Some layouts include a front porch, front deck or interior courtyard. Homes are priced from the upper $300,000s.

The builder will begin taking reservations at its City Homes neighborhood next weekend.

Starting in the low $300,000s, the neighborhood features two- and three-story attached townhomes. Sales centers are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

To visit, take Interstate 15 and exit at St. Rose Parkway east. Turn right on Executive Airport Drive, right on Via Firenze, left on Jevonda and follow the signs.

From I-215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit Eastern Avenue south. Proceed south on Eastern, turn right on St. Rose Parkway, left on Executive Airport Road, right on Via Firenze and left on Jevonda.
