Mesa Verde promotes affordability

Mesa Verde by Centex Homes offers homes starting in the mid-$100,000s in North Las Vegas, said sales executive Dennis Gregg.

The attached-home neighborhood features seven two-story floor plans ranging from 1,490 to 2,392 square feet. Residences have up to four bedrooms and three baths.

Home buyers can select from layouts with a first- or second-floor owner's suite and a one- or two-space garage. Additional architectural highlights may include a den, loft, bonus room, storage area, island kitchen and dual walk-in closets at the owner's suite. Every home includes a fenced-in backyard.

Homes are Energy Star-certified and come with Centex Homes' Two-Year Fit and Finish Warranty, which extends the normal one-year coverage to two years at no extra cost, Gregg said.

Common amenities include a walking trail and volleyball court. Homeowner association fees are $55 monthly.

To visit, take Interstate 15 and exit Cheyenne Avenue west. Turn right on Allen Lane, left on W. Colton Avenue and left into the neighborhood. Model homes are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at noon. For more information, call 631-2207 or visit centexvegas.com.
