Mira Villa condos plans grand opening Oct. 10, 11

Mira Villa, the new condominium community in Summerlin, will hold its grand opening with an open house Oct. 10 and 11.

The two-day grand opening festivities will offer model home tours featuring all floor plans including the penthouse. In addition, there will be hors d'oeuvres, performances by members of the Las Vegas Philharmonic, photo opportunity with dancers from Nevada Ballet Theatre, a swing clinic from the TPC Las Vegas PGA Tour Academy and a wine tasting presented by JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa.

"We are so excited to finally be opening our doors to the community at large to allow residents the chance to really understand what the Mira Villa lifestyle is all about," said Todd Grotstein, president of Nexus 30, the sales and marketing firm representing Mira Villa.

The grand opening celebration at Mira Villa is free and open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 10 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 11. Events are listed on miravillalv.com.

According to Grotstein, Mira Villa offers the only new golf-front residences available in Summerlin. The community features 113 unique single-level condominium homes, ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet.
