Mira Villa in Summerlin offers financing options

Mira Villa, a gated condominium located in the master-planned community of Summerlin, is offering financing options for qualified buyers.
Options include a competitive interest rate for both primary and secondary residences.
Buyers using the options also will benefit from waived mortgage insurance costs, which will lower monthly mortgage payments.
"We have partnered with secure financial institutions to create competitive and convenient finance options that are unprecedented for condominiums right now," said Todd Grotstein, president of Nexus 30, the firm hired to oversee sales and marketing for Mira Villa.

Mira Villa features six mid-rise condominium home floor plans that range from 2,071 to 3,917 square feet. Prices start in the low $500,000s.
The Mediterranean-inspired single-level condominiums feature terraces, two to four bedrooms, oversized enclosed garages and private elevators. Penthouses are also available.
A variety of recreational and social amenities are available to residents of Mira Villa. They include a resort-style swimming pool, private hot tubs, fitness center, card/TV room and large outdoor verandah suited for taking in the views of the neighborhood's surroundings, which include the mountains and Tournament Players Club Las Vegas golf course, one of only two TPC courses in Nevada.
