Montclaire by Pardee plans offer choices including den

Pardee Homes' gated Montclaire neighborhood offers six floor plans, including the two-story plan FiveX, which measures 3,959 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and four baths, library, loft and three-car garage. Montclaire Plan FiveX is priced from $363,000.

"This is a terrific floor plan with a lot of flexibility," said Pardee Homes' Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell. "For example, there is an optional exercise room in lieu of a second bedroom, an optional guest suite with wet bar and fourth bath in lieu of fifth and sixth bedrooms and optional fourth bath that's shared by bedrooms five and six."

Located off Horizon Ridge Parkway and Jeffreys Street in Henderson, Montclaire's six floor plans range from 2,368 to 3,959 square feet.

Plan One at Montclaire measures 2,368 square feet in a single-story design with a three-car garage, three bedrooms and den or optional fourth bedroom. The home also can be built with an optional master-bedroom retreat.

Montclaire Plan Two measures 2,786 square feet in a two-story design with a three-car tandem garage. The home can be built with as many as six bedrooms and three baths while Plan Three measures 3,380 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths and two-car garage in a two-story design. Plan Three can be built with an optional fourth bedroom suite with bath and an optional media room/optional fifth bedroom and loft or bath in lieu of the standard bonus room.

Plan Four at Montclaire measures 3,643 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and 2½ baths. The two-story home has a three-car garage, laundry/hobby room or optional four-car tandem garage, bonus room and den or optional fifth bedroom.

Plan Five measures 3,449 square feet with four bedrooms and three baths, three-car garage, library and loft and is priced from $348,000.

All of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, including those at Montclaire.
