Monterey at Las Vegas Country Club shines

Professionally decorated homes with designer furniture are featured at Monterey at the Las Vegas Country Club with a furniture package program.

"A popular choice among buyers at Monterey is the inclusion of a complete furniture package selected by interior designer Danielle Hawthorne," said sales agent Nancy Green. "Buyers who select this option move into a custom furnished home with all of the finishing touches one would expect of a top interior design firm. All they need to do is bring along their personal belongings. It's truly a turn-key home buying experience."

The condominiums featured in the design program have custom furniture pieces, coordinating artwork and designer accents throughout the home. The community vistas are incorporated into the design process led by Hawthorne, who through California-based Parker Rose Design, has planned home interiors throughout Southern California.

Almost everything a homeowner needs is included in the package. In addition to furniture, each designer-appointed home includes artwork, lamps, bedding and linens. There is a pre-set dining table with plates, glasses and place settings finished off with cloth napkins that coordinate with the towels hanging in the kitchen.

"Each and every home is designed as a one-of-a-kind residence," Green said. "No two are exactly alike. This allows for a true custom look and feel. Unlike other communities that may offer a cookie-cutter version of a living space, at Monterey we want our buyers to know they are purchasing something special. Beginning with our unique location all the way down to the knives and forks selected for the dining table, our condominium homes are truly out of the ordinary."

Monterey offers 27 different floor-plan variations with studio, one- and two-bedroom single-level homes and two-story townhomes measuring from 624 to 1,750 square feet. One- and two-bedroom layouts are also available. Prices start from the mid-$100,000s.

Architectural highlights available include a private patio or balcony, oversized walk-in closet, formal entry way, built-in bookshelves or floor-to-ceiling fireplaces. Some condominiums are available for immediate move-in.

All residents of Monterey have access to resort-style amenities in an established guard-gated golf course community that is located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. The Las Vegas Country Club is highlighted by miles of paths providing residents opportunities for leisurely walks and jogging. Picnic areas complete with gas barbecues are placed in the mature park setting. Views of nearby strip hotels, the golf course fairways and water features surround the country club. To visit Monterey from the Las Vegas Strip, take Sahara Avenue east. Turn right on Paradise Road and left on Karen Avenue. Enter the community through the Las Vegas Country Club Estates gate on Karen Avenue, located between Paradise Road and Maryland Parkway. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
