Monterey provides golf course views
April 7, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Monterey at the Las Vegas Country Club, a condominium development within Las Vegas' original golf course community, offers one- to two-bedroom condominium homes with views of the fairways, putting greens and water features. It's a rare amenity among condominium developments in the Las Vegas Valley, according to regional sales manager Marianne Pepe.
"Plenty of communities offer single-family homes with golf course views. But Monterey is a real find for buyers who want both the benefits of condominium living and the beauty of golf course views from their picture windows," she said of the guard-gated community. "Home buyers typically associate golf course living with sprawling estate homes. They're tickled to find our affordable condominiums tucked along this community's legendary golf course."
Pepe said many of Monterey's most popular floor plans and golf course condominiums are selling quickly. "We have 23 different floor plans -- none of them are cookie cutter. Monterey is completely different from communities that offer the typical four layout choices," she said. "A few of our floor plans are already sold out. Others are nearing that point, so it's important for buyers to realize that time is of the essence if they're considering Monterey."
Located in proximity to downtown and the Strip, the condominium collection includes first- and second-floor residences, with select models available for immediate move-ins. One-bedroom floor plans measure up to 900 square feet; two-bedroom home designs offer up to 1,700 square feet.
Based on floor plan, architectural highlights may include a formal entry, built-in bookshelves, floor-to-ceiling fireplace, dressing area, walk-in closet, secondary closets and patio or balcony. Prices start from the $190,000s.
According to Pepe, the development is offering a $10,000 flexible incentive on select condominiums. A furniture package incentive is available, offering fully furnished, designer influenced residences in a range of color schemes and themes. Furniture pieces and decorative accents are included in the furniture incentive option.
To visit, take Interstate 15 and exit Sahara Avenue east, turn right on Paradise Road and left on Karen Avenue. Enter through the Las Vegas Country Club gate on Karen Avenue, located between Paradise Road and Maryland Parkway.
The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
