More Sandoval appointments

Gov.-elect Brian Sandoval on Thursday announced three more appointments and reappointments to state jobs in business development, personnel and taxation.

Sandoval will appoint Terry Johnson to Director of the Nevada Department of Business and Industry and reappoint Teresa Thienhaus as Director of the Personnel Department and Dino DiCianno as Executive Director for the Nevada Department of Taxation.

Johnson's previous jobs include Director of Administration in the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, Director of the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation and Assistant Business Advocate in the business and industry department in the Office of Business Finance and Planning.

Thienhaus is a former Senior Deputy Attorney General for the state of Nevada. DiCianno is a former deputy director of the department with 10 years of experience in the Division of Assessment Standards as the Supervisor of Centrally Assessed Properties.
