Moreno Valley releases last homes

Richmond American has released the final phase of homes at Moreno Valley in northwestern Las Vegas.
"We have several homes that are ready to move into right away," sales agent Chris Gordon said.
Prices start in the low to mid-$200,000s.
There are three model homes to tour. Four floor plans are available and range from 1,150 to 1,800 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and two to 21/2 baths. All the homes are two-story designs and include an attached two-car garage.
Priced from the $270,000s, the Portola is the largest design, offering 1,800 square feet, three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a loft. A fourth bedroom is available in lieu of the loft.
The main floor offers an open layout with a great room, nook, and kitchen with center island. The second level has three bedrooms, two baths, laundry room and loft. The master suite features a private bath.
Priced from the $260,000s is the Carmel, featuring four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 1,700 square feet. The family room is located toward the back of the home. The laundry room is located upstairs, and room options include a loft and a deck off the second story.
Priced from the $250,000s is the San Carlos, offering three bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 1,500 square feet. A fourth bedroom is available in lieu of the loft, and one of the bedrooms offers an optional master retreat.
Priced from the $230,000s, the Soledad is a three-bedroom home with two baths in 1,150 square feet. The main level features an open layout with a great room, nook and kitchen with island. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a private bath and walk-in closet, two secondary bedrooms and a full bath.
To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango and go north. Turn right on Deer Springs Way and follow past Grand Montecito Parkway.
