MORNING LINE: Will Sands be accountable in Fry’s fraud?

  It’s a concept that seems like a no-brainer to those who find it hard to believe casinos are allowed to maintain such an enormous level of plausible deniability when it comes to customer losses, but now at least someone other than yours truly is asking the question.

  “Casinos might owe Fry’s for exec’s losses” might be the most dangerous headline of the year for Gaming Inc. It was published in the San Francisco Chronicle.

  The story about former Fry’s executive “Omar” Siddiqui quotes UNR’s William Eadington saying: "At what point or under what circumstances should the casinos be held accountable?  I wouldn't be at all surprised if Fry's lawyers are all over this."
