Mountain Falls offers residents’ facility

In the 1,050-acre Mountain Falls master-planned community in Pahrump is the residents' center. Located adjacent to the fairways of the Mountain Falls Golf Club, the facility provides residents an opportunity to pursue their interests and meet neighbors.

"The residents' center brings together neighbors of similar interests and is a great place where people get to know each other. It is a beautiful facility where our residents can come to relax, exercise and have fun," Josh Gaston, resident facility manager, said.

"It includes a fitness center where residents can easily get a full-body work out through strength training equipment, free weights, and a variety of cardio machines including Stairmasters, elliptical and recumbent bicycles. We also offer yoga and low-impact aerobics classes in our multipurpose room."

Adjacent is the Mountain Falls Grill Room serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The restaurant overlooks the 18-hole, par-72 public Mountain Falls Golf Club, where daily greens fees as well as annual, six-month, three-month and monthly golf passes are available and include cart use.

William Lyon Homes, the community's master developer, offers the Bella Sera, Cascata Ancora and Tramonto neighborhoods, where single-story homes range from 1,157 to 2,897 square feet and are priced from $99,000. The sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when models open at noon.

Classic Homes' Paradiso neighborhood offers five single- and two-story floor plans with up to 4,300 square feet. Office hours at Paradiso vary.
