Mountain’s Edge, Providence communities add neighborhoods

Builders at the master-planned communities of Mountain's Edge and Providence are adding new neighborhoods and models.
Two new neighborhoods have been added to the 3,500-acre Mountain's Edge master-planned community. They are Mandolin by Lennar Homes, and Quintessa by Camden Homes. KB Home is accepting reservations for two new neighborhoods that will open in April.
"The community has more than 100 floor plans to offer homebuyers and we are thrilled to be adding even more new model homes and floor plan options to the master plan," said Deonna Stocker, manager of information center operations at the community's Home Search Café.
Mandolin at Mountain's Edge is Lennar Homes' newest neighborhood. Mandolin offers four plans, ranging from 1,277 to 1,657 square feet, with prices starting at $149,000. All of the homes are two stories with three bedrooms and 21/2 baths.
Camden Homes, a brand-new builder to Mountain's Edge, is opening its Quintessa neighborhood with five floor plans ranging from 1,345 to 2,502 square feet. The two-story homes start at $145,000 and include either covered balconies or covered patios with up to three bedrooms. The largest home also includes a den and loft.
This April, KB Home will add two new neighborhoods, Maravilla Ridges and Maravilla Courts, with brand-new homes starting in the $130,000s. Homes in Maravilla Ridges will range from 1,393 to 1,935 square feet. Maravilla Courts floor plans range from 1,524 to 2,041 square feet.

The community will host a Homebuyer Tax Credit Fair to help homebuyers understand the tax credits available to both first-time and move-up buyers.
Builders within in the master plan include: Amstar Homes, Beazer Homes, Camden Homes, Harmony Homes, KB Home, Lennar Homes Meritage Homes, Pardee Homes, Phillips Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, Ryland and Warmington Homes Nevada.

Three new subdivisions by Warmington Homes including Claremont, Emery and Westcott at Northern Terrace as well as Chestnut Hill by Richmond American Homes are being added to the 1,200-acre master-planned community of Providence. Ryland homes and R/S Development also will debut new neighborhoods.
Warmington Homes will build 482 homes within the three new neighborhoods at Providence. Homes at Warmington's Claremont at Northern Terrace neighborhood range from 1,388 to 1,895 square feet and start from the mid $100,000s.
Warmington's Emery at Northern Terrace start in the low-$200,000s, with floor plans measuring from 1,871 to 3,043 square feet. The builder's Westcott at Northern Terrace starts in the high-$100,000s and has floor plans measuring up to 2,334 square feet.
The sales center for Chestnut Hill by Richmond American Homes is open. The new neighborhood offers four floor plans, including a single-story, ranging from 1,700 to 2,400 square feet. The homes will feature as many as five bedrooms, as many as 31/2 baths and as many as three-car garages as well as some pool-sized home sites. Pricing for Chestnut Hill starts in the upper-$100,000s.
Ryland Homes is another builder that will be opening models at Providence for its Windimere and Kensington neighborhoods.
The master plan also features the Providence Promenade, a linear park.
When completed, Providence will be comprised of an estimated 7,500 homes. Providence is planned to have two community parks, one linear park and miles of trails systems, one additional elementary school and one middle school, in addition to the existing high schools in the surrounding areas.
Participating homebuilders at Providence include Beazer Homes, KB Home, Lennar, Meritage Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, R/S Development, Ryland Homes, and Warmington Homes Nevada.
