Mr. Obama: Build that Keystone XL Pipeline
February 19, 2013 - 8:19 am
In the world of politics, the decision of whether to build the Keystone XL Pipeline from Alberta, Canada, to the Gulf of Mexico is about as close to a no-brainer as it gets.
Yet, President Barack Obama demurs. You could understand it before the election. The president wanted to hold on to his environmental base, which hates the pipeline idea. But now that he has secured another four years, he's free to do the right thing for the economy and for the average American.

Here's a good synopsis of the major points, for your reading pleasure. In the meanwhile, Mr. Obama, build that pipeline.
