Mucho street cred for Steve Wynn

Was it Art Linkletter who said "kids say the darndest things"?

Well "the kids" who chime in at the end of Review-Journal news stories on the internet can be unpredictable as well -- though in a much more earthy way than I suspect Linkletter was accoustomed.

Sometimes the virtual peanut gallery can be downright funny. For example, a few hours after posting the story about casino honcho Steve Wynn 86-ing two "known prostitutes" from his hotel (and then received a slap across the face for the effort), the cyber-readers offered these pithy comments:

-- "Mr. Wynn, in the future keep hands off the 'Hos', you could have been stabbed ..."

-- "The girls were lucky, if this was 20 years ago when the desert was a little closer to the Strip ..."

-- "Street cred for Mr. Steve ... Gravitas, senior, mucho gravitas!"
