MUSIC: Electric Daisy Carnival sets ticket sales record
Massive dance music festival the Electric Daisy Carnival, which comes to Vegas June 24-26 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, is off to a torrid start in terms of ticket sales.
A whopping 85,000 tickets were sold to the event in the first 24 hours they went on sale, beginning last Saturday, April 23.
The festival, headlined by such big names as Tiesto, David Guetta and the Swedish House Mafia, earned the strongest opening day ticket sales ever for Insomniac Events, the company that puts on EDC.
