New app to give virtual view of Inspirada’s future

In addition to touring 16 model homes in six new neighborhoods Aug. 2, visitors can also take a virtual tour of Inspirada’s future with the free Inspirada App available soon on your smartphone’s or tablet’s App Store.

Thanks to new augmented reality technology, users will be able to access the promise of Inspirada with sweeping overviews of new parks and neighborhoods that are taking shape in the Henderson master-planned community on the southern rim of the Las Vegas Valley.

The best view will be from Inspirada’s Overlook located off Bicentennial Parkway that offers a breathtaking panoramic experience of visualizing the entire 1,500-acre community, with the ability to zoom in on amenities in Capriola, Potenza and Aventura parks as well as model home sites under development.

The Inspirada App uses geo-positioning, internal compass, augmented reality, 3-D parallax, dynamic image rendering and a variety of animation to bring Inspirada’s future to life today.

KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers will open their newest neighborhoods in a special “First Dibs” event next weekend that includes lifestyle demonstrations ranging from designing for all ages at KB Home, to making pizza and sodas at Pardee Homes, and entertaining with flair at Toll Brothers, plus many more workshops in model homes throughout the day.

The soon-to-be completed Potenza Park is 5.29 acres and will include picnic areas, a skate plaza, two basketball courts, children’s play area and ramadas.

Inspirada’s 25-acre Aventura Park is under development and will include a resident swimming pool, ball and multiuse fields, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts and a kids’ water play area.

KB Home, Pardee Homes, Toll Brothers and Beazer Homes comprise Inspirada Builders LLC. Beazer Homes anticipates opening neighborhoods in Inspirada in 2015.

The First Dibs event will showcase new monumental and community signage as well as the debut of the Inspirada Overlook, where the Inspirada App will be able to dramatically change the landscape.

Visitors can also see construction progress at Inspirada’s Capriola Park, located off Via Firenze between Del Terra and Beltrada Avenues. The 13-acre community park will feature lighted multi-use fields, a dog park, basketball courts, tennis courts, splash pad, children’s play area and multi-generational play area.

Inspirada Builders offer floor plans ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to 4,500 square feet, preliminary priced from the $200,000s to the $500,000s.
