New releases for June 23

Modern biotechnology and an apocalyptic story come together in best-selling author James Rollins’ “The Doomsday Key,” where three murders on separate continents are all linked by a strange pagan cross burned into the victims’ bodies.
Another big book coming out is “Finger Lickin’ Fifteen” by Janet Evanovich, the 15th in the series featuring bounty hunter Stephanie Plum, which includes explosions, a beheading, a flasher and a love triangle, among other action.
