Newport Lofts offers downtown lifestyle

The 24-story Newport Lofts is at the forefront of Las Vegas' downtown renaissance as one of the first luxury vertical housing communities downtown.

"Downtown Las Vegas is experiencing a rebirth with emerging dining, cultural and entertainment sites, as well as brand-new residential offerings including Newport Lofts. It has truly become a happening place where Las Vegans come for home, work and amusement," said sales agent Adam Gafke.

The high-rise community provides homebuyers the opportunity to purchase one of 168 customized loft-style homes measuring from 911 to 3,052-square feet and priced from $319 per square foot.

"Newport Lofts is in a prime location along the downtown Arts District. It is right in between the famed Las Vegas Strip and the Fremont Street Entertainment District, where new shops, restaurants and entertainment venues are quickly popping up," Gafke said.

"Our residents live in a central setting with access to freeway systems and major arterial streets that get one anywhere they want to be in Las Vegas. There are a lot of great, well-established restaurants downtown and a host of one-of-a-kind eateries that are hidden gems. Many that are within walking distance offer absolutely delicious food and a great place to relax and socialize," he said.

"Whether you're looking to enjoy steak or seafood at the favorite Triple George Grill, gourmet French dining at the established Andre's Restaurant, a casual meal at Potato Valley Café, or hanging out with friends at Sidebar, all are easily accessible from Newport Lofts," Gafke said. "Plus, with the Fremont Street Experience, there are plenty of other opportunities where you can socialize, catch a movie, try your luck or enjoy good conversation over a gourmet cup of coffee."

Gafke said Newport Lofts residents also have convenient access to Las Vegas' emerging cultural scene. "The Las Vegas Arts District hosts the monthly First Friday open-air cultural festival where you can enjoy live music, dining and the Las Vegas arts scene," Gafke said.

Newport Loft's rooftop SkyDeck offers 360-degree views of the entire Las Vegas Valley. It is home to a swimming pool and jetted spa, a running track that spans the perimeter of the deck, and a state-of-the-art exercise facility complete with his- and her- locker rooms.

Also located on the 24th floor is the SkyRoom where residents can relax and socialize while utilizing wide screen TVs, billiards and a wine bar. Residents also have access to a full-service front desk and secured parking.

Newport Lofts is located at 200 Hoover Ave., just off Las Vegas Boulevard in Downtown Las Vegas. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Immediate move-ins are available.
