January 8, 2010 - 10:52 am
Gloria Navarro, the nominee to replace former U.S. District Judge Brian Sandoval on the federal bench in Reno, has returned her questionnaire to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
The 37-page document has biographical information and detailed statements from Navarro about cases she has worked on in her law career. The document also includes Navarro's financial disclosures.
President Barack Obama nominated Navarro after Sandoval announced he would step down to run for governor of Nevada. Sens. Harry Reid and John Ensign support the nomination.
