NPRI takes a look at property tax system

It looks like Nevada Policy Research Institute wants to kick open another hornet nest.

The conservative think tank seeks to unravel what could be an unsustainable property tax system, an issue that could be critical considering the state is already in dire financial straits.

NPRI is the group that recently took the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority to task for alleged excessive spending and lax financial oversight.
