Obama gives Berkley, sister a moment to remember

After he addressed Congress last night, President Barack Obama gave quite a thrill to Rep. Shelley Berkley, D-Nev., and her sister Wendy, who lives in California.

As Obama exited the floor of the House of Representatives and worked his way down the hall, Berkley was on the phone with her sister. As the president approached, the congresswoman approached Obama, holding up the phone, set to speakerphone, according to Berkley spokesman David Cherry.

"Mr. President, this is my sister Wendy on the phone," Berkley said.

"Without missing a beat, the president smiles and says into the phone, 'Hello, Wendy,'" Cherry reports.

Obama also signed Berkley's copy of the speech he'd just given.
