Opportunities remain at Tenaya
Richmond American's Tenaya Crossing is nearing closeout. There are only 10 homes left, according to sales agent Jeff Pearson.
"Tenaya Crossing has a lot of neighborhood charm because there are only 34 home sites and most of the streets are cul-de-sacs. We currently have two quick move-in homes available that offer exceptional pricing," Pearson said.
The homes are from Richmond American's Stonegate Collection and distinguished by stone exteriors and wrought-iron detailing.
The neighborhood has two quick move-in homes that have included upgrades and lower prices. A Ledgestone home is priced at $309,990. A Cobblebrick is $329,990.
Interiors offer design features such as formal living rooms and dining rooms, master suites with soaking tubs and kitchens with food-preparation islands and breakfast nooks.
"Another great feature about the Stonegate Collection is that the homes have really great master suites," Pearson said. "They're very luxurious with big walk-in closets and fantastic baths featuring separate soaking tubs and showers."
The Cobblebrick is the largest floor plan, priced from the $340,000s.
The main level includes a bedroom and full bath, while the second level is highlighted by a tech center.
This home offers 2,400 square feet with five bedrooms and three baths. Buyers can opt for a loft in lieu of the fifth bedroom.
Priced from the $330,000s is the Ledgestone, featuring four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,200 square feet. Select elevations feature a covered balcony off the master suite.
Both homes come with upgraded cabinets, granite kitchen countertops, an appliance package and tile flooring. They feature upgraded elevations and are ready for immediate move-in.
On the main floor, the formal living room has the option to be converted to a fifth bedroom with full bath. Upstairs, a loft can be selected in lieu of the fourth bedroom.
Priced from the $320,000s is the Pebble Stone, featuring four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,150 square feet.
The main level includes a formal living room, dining room, family room and kitchen with nook.
There also is an upstairs laundry room, and a loft is available in lieu of the fourth bedroom.
